Our work for companies such as Gap, Mattel, Sephora and Continental is focused on unlocking growth through purpose in four main areas: leadership, culture, innovation and brand. Across each of these purposeful growth drivers, we help organizations turn their unique capabilities (we call them superpowers) into sources of new value for customers, consumers, employees and the world at large. We do this through 6-12 week strategic sprints that engage teams in delivering actionable results with real business impact. Every engagement is different, but broadly, the work is structured along the three key steps:
